About the founder

I’m Amie Butler, owner and founder of A2B Wedding Choreography based in London and Basingstoke, Hampshire. After working freelance as a wedding choreographer helping couples with their first dances, hen and stag do’s and group performances, I decided to create a company where I can help more people further afield with their special day. I am a working professional dancer, performer, and dance teacher. I trained for 1 year at Performers College in Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex, before moving onto Bird College with a full scholarship for 3 years in Sidcup, Kent. Having trained at such prestigious colleges with people from all over the country, I have an amazing team of highly trained choreographers at my fingertips, ready to teach all over the UK.

After graduating I have had some exciting jobs and opportunities such as dancing for P!NK at the BRIT Awards, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Take Away, and Britain’s Got Talent - The Champions. I have also enjoyed working in the TV and Film industry and have been lucky enough to work on productions such as The Witcher, Citadel, Ghostbusters, Horrible Histories and many more.

Wedding choreography is very rewarding. I have seen couples go from having absolutely no confidence and dreading their first dance, to guests thinking they have been preparing their performance for a long while, when in reality it has only taken a few weeks. This is what inspired the name A2B Wedding Choreography!
